Vendor Inspection & Expediting
INSPECTION
It is company policy that all inspection work services is carried out under the supervision of qualified and trained personnel and therefore all inspectors (either in Indonesia or Overseas) are comprehensively briefed at the outset of an assignment. Inspectors are selected on their proven ability and product knowledge and, if required, can be subject to prior approval of the client. Briefing is extensive and fully outlines the scope of each inspector's duties and responsibilities. Our personnel can perform a wide range of inspection activities, in all disciplines, either directly themselves or as "third party" witnesses and have the abilities to work to their own initiative within specified requirements or in accordance with previously agreed "Inspection and Test Plans" (I.T.P's) and procedures. A technical support facility is available with a comprehensive standards library and engineering resource group for all inspection activities undertaken by the company. The company has the resources to provide a secondary viewing and interpretation service to NDT activities, as an overview on the client's behalf if required. Inspection is undertaken within Indonesia and overseas through experienced associates or joint venture offices.
EXPEDITING
While programme constraints can sometimes conflict with "quality" specifications, the skills and knowledge necessary to properly inspect product against contractual requirements also lend themselves to expediting the progress of work. Our experienced expeditors can monitor and report the status of work at your suppliers' or subcontractors' premises under the categories of

QUALITY AUDIT
